ZUIKO Corporation is excited to announce the successful conclusion of the agreement to acquire Delta S.r.l.The final agreement to acquire 90% of Delta’s quota was formally passed at the Board of Directors meeting held on the 8th of May, 2024. After the quota transfer and subsequent capital contribution, ZUIKO plans to integrate with Delta to quickly provide added value to current customers and strategically pursue new ones.
Established in Italy in 2022, Delta S.r.l is a disposable sanitary products machinery manufacturer with sales to various countries including the United States, and countries in Europe, South America, and Africa.
