RadiciGroup High-Performance Polymers is present at Plast 2023, taking place from 5 to 8 September at the Milano Rho fairgrounds. In the exhibition centre (Hall 9, Stand B21-C22), the Group is showcasing innovative solutions for numerous application sectors, from automotive and e-mobility to electrical/electronics, water management and consumer and industrial goods.
The ecological transition is central to RadiciGroup’s research and development strategy: this is why the Group – with its vertically integrated polyamide production and over 40 years’ experience as a manufacturer of engineering polymers – is at the forefront expanding its solutions portfolio to meet the demand for sustainability and circularity, combined with performance and safety.
“The Group is committed on three main fronts,” stressed Erico Spini, global marketing director of RadiciGroup High-Performance Polymers, “namely, the production of materials with superior technical characteristics for metal replacement and component lightweighting; the mechanical recycling of materials from pre- and post-consumer sources to make the best use of resources in line with the circular economy; and the use of biobased raw materials coming from renewable sources. These are the everyday challenges that we are able to tackle thanks to the competence of our people and our experience acquired in countless sectors and geographical markets. At the fair, we are presenting several case histories of finished products achieved in collaboration with our customers, where our materials have made the difference in technical and environmental performance. We are highlighting an innovative example of metal replacement, an e-bike rear swing arm developed with Acerbis and Fantic; an office chair manufactured by Bock using Renycle recycled polyamide; and an electric car charging cable plug and socket made by Gewiss, again with Renycle”.
For more in depth information on all of RadiciGroup’s new products and proposals, a press conference entitled “RadiciGroup, innovation and sustainability partner: tailor-made solutions for successful projects in every industry sector” is scheduled on 6 September at 2:30 pm at the RadiciGroup stand (Hall 9, Stand B21-C22).
