Mahlo GmbH + Co. KG is set to present its latest solutions for textile production optimization at ITM 2026 in Istanbul. From 9 to 13 June, the German specialist for measuring, control and automation technology will welcome visitors to its booth together with its local partner Masters Limited.
For decades, Mahlo has been a trusted partner for the Turkish textile industry, supporting manufacturers with technologies that improve fabric quality, production efficiency and resource utilization. Especially in economically challenging times, the focus increasingly shifts towards solutions that combine quality improvements with cost savings.
A key highlight at this year’s ITM will be the Orthopac RVMC-20 plus, Mahlo’s latest generation of weft straightening systems. Equipped with advanced camera technology and intelligent control mechanisms, the system detects and corrects distortions with high precision – even at high production speeds and with demanding fabric structures. This helps manufacturers reduce off-quality production, minimize waste and achieve consistently high fabric quality.
Modernization Instead of Replacement
In addition to new systems, Mahlo will also focus on retrofit solutions for existing Orthopac RVMC-15 installations. Many textile producers are looking for ways to modernize their production lines without investing in completely new equipment. With the RVMC-15 plus upgrade package, existing systems can be brought up to the latest technological level. The retrofit includes modernized camera technology, updated software, optimized control components and an improved user interface. Customers benefit from higher straightening precision, faster response times and enhanced operational reliability – while continuing to use their existing machine infrastructure.
“Especially in today’s market environment, manufacturers are under pressure to optimize their production processes while keeping investments manageable,” explains Thomas Höpfl. “Our retrofit solutions for the Orthopac RVMC-15 offer customers a practical and economical way to upgrade their technology and benefit from the latest Mahlo developments without replacing the entire system.”
Mahlo’s solutions are designed for a wide variety of textile applications – from delicate fabrics to heavy technical textiles. With Industry 4.0-ready systems, remote access capabilities and real-time process monitoring, the company continues to support textile manufacturers on their path towards more intelligent and sustainable production.
Visitors can experience Mahlo’s technologies and discuss individual requirements with the team during ITM 2026 in Istanbul.
